View Full Version : Please, Reinstall Tablet Software

When using a Wacom digitizer you may sometimes receive the message: "Please, Reinstall tablet software". This can occur in MovAlyzeR.

1. Start >Control Panel > Add/Remove programs >Tablet >Change (Do NOT uninstall)
(NOTE: If you receive an error that the driver or uninstaller cannot be found, reboot and try again. If, again it fails, you will need to reinstall the tablet driver).

2. You will then get the options:
a. Remove my preference file
-or-
b. Remove all preference files

Select one of the two.

3. Then, verify the tablet driver works again:
Start >Control Panel >Wacom Tablet >About >Diagnose
To recalibrate the Wacom tablet functions, use >Control Diagnose
