TEST 1. Check in Start >Control Panel >Tablet that the tablet is functioning well.
TEST 2. Set input device to Mouse and check it works and what the sampling rate is. If it is about 40 Hz, the dedicated tablet driver is not working. If it is about 80 Hz the tablet driver may be working. Then set input device to Tablet. The sampling rate should be about 100 Hz
TEST 3. Settings >Reset Device
TEST 4. Settings >Test input device
TEST 5. Write with pen in recording window.
REMEDY. Uninstall your tablet driver in Start >Control Panel >Add/Remove Programs, browse to your tablet manufacturer's web site, download the proper driver and install. Then repeat test. If it still fails, contact your tabelt manufacturer.
