TROUBLE:
You connect the Intuos3 and the active window is erratically scrolling up and down.
Disconnect the Intuos3 to stop the scrolling.
RESOLUTION
Recalibrate the scroll sliders
o Click Start >Control Panel >Tablet >About.
o Hold down Control key on key board and click on Diagnose
o This will show an extra button: Click Recalibrate.
