Q: What is the user password to access/create subject's personal information?
A: The default password is: userpass (the password is blank for the sample users UU1, UU2, etc.).
Q: I forgot the password, which I changed from default. What do I do?
A:
For versions 4.30 and later:
For the user, select in the menu "Settings -> Password -> Recover User Password" and follow the instructions.
For a subject, right-click on the subject and select "Password -> Recover Password" and follow the instructions.
For versions 4.20 and earlier:
A: Retrieve and send the following files to support@neuroscriptsoftware.com: user.dat and user.idx.
The location of these files are in the installation directory of MovAlyzeR (default = C:\Program Files\NeuroScript\MovAlyzer).
If you do not remember the location where you installed MovAlyzeR, right-click on the icon to run MovAlyzeR and select properties. In the field named "Start In", you will find the location mentioned above.
